He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and a Bachelor degree, Cum Laude, in Science in Foreign Service, from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Esq. Ghenciu completed two advocacy trial programs – the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) Plaintiff’s Trial Academy and a Civil Duty program of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Academy of Justice. In 2005, Mr. Vlad Ghenciu was assigned to the United States Senate, as an Intern of the 109th Congress. Mr. Calugarita hosted and at times sponsored various delegations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, as well as many of the regional Romanian Chambers of Commerce, covering a vast array of interests, from Mining and Electronics, to Academia, Fashion or Constructions, remarkably the Romanian IT Economic Mission (Silicon Valley, 2001) and the Romanian IT Conference (San Francisco, 2007, under the lead of RACC New York). As one of the long-standing community leaders, he hosted the Romanian American Business Network Conference (2000), as President of the Los Angeles based Viitorul Roman Society (est. 1926). He got his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from UTC of Bucharest, and post-graduate certifications from UCLA and Cal State LA, working as Project/Program Manager in the Aerospace field for the past 15 years. His former leadership roles include ASME Chairman of the Los Angeles Chapter and Co-Chairman of the AIAA 10th Annual World Conference „Reinventing Space”. Mr. Calugarita has received numerous awards, including the Congressional Medal of Honor (NRCC), the NATO Medal and "Diploma de Merit" (both from the Embassy of Romania to the US) and the Romanian-American Celebrities Award.

Born in Deva, Romania, Ms. Faur got her academic degree from The Polytechnic University of Timisoara, School of Chemical Technology and her PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, on Catalysis, from the University of Pittsburg. She, then, immediately joined premier chemical companies such as Union Carbide, as project leader and then Johnson Matthey, as Program Manager, North America, in the fuel cells programs. The London based Johnson Matthey technologies of fuel cells contributed to the success of the Apollo missions. Dr. Anca Faur was the first test driver of the first Honda Clarity Fuel Cell automobile which ran on hydrogen fuel. Dr. Faur served on the Board of Directors of the California Hydrogen Business Council and attended the 70th International Astronautical Congress of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, as well as the Association of Space Explore XXXII Planetary Congress and the Astronaut Reunion in Houston, Texas, 2019. Dr. Anca Faur, as life partner of American hero Dr. Buzz Aldrin, the pilot who ran 66 successful missions during the Korean war, a PhD in Astronautics from MIT and, along with Neil Armstrong, the first men to walk on the Moon, attended the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11 Moon landing at the invitation of President Donald Trump at the White House, as well as various events conducted by the Space and Astronauts Departments.
